  1. It's 1 box of Cream cheese.
  2. You need 1 carton of Heavy cream.

In a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed beat cream cheese, cream, and sugar until fluffy. The mascarpone cream can then be broken down into two more components—an egg yolk mixture and whipped heavy cream with mascarpone mixture (some recipes also use a meringue, but I found that that didn't make a big difference so I skipped it).   6. Line a mould with half of the biscuits (it's OK to layer them). Spoon half of the coffee mixture on top and let it soak..
  7. Add half the cream mixture from Step 4..
  8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7..
  9. Wrap the mould and let it sit in the fridge for an hour until it has settled. Sprinkle cocoa powder and it's done..
  10. I don't sprinkle the cocoa powder on all at once. I put a slice on a plate and then sprinkle it on that..
