  2. Prepare 1 cup of milk.
  3. You need 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  4. It's 1/4 cup of Mascarpone cheese.
  5. Prepare 1.5 tbsp of Instant coffee powder.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Kahlua liqueur or coffee liqueur.
  7. You need 1/3 cup+2 tablespoon of brown sugar or regular sugar.
  8. Prepare 1.5 teaspoon of agar agar or veg gelatin.
  9. Prepare 1tablespoon of cocoa powder for dusting.
  10. You need of For Coffee syrup :-.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee.
  12. You need 1/2 cup of brown sugar or regular sugar.
  13. It's 2 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

You can pretty much flavor it any way you like, but to get the tiramisu flavor I added Kahlua and Espresso Powder , and finished it with a dusting of cocoa powder. Tiramisu panna cotta step by step

  1. Combine coffee powder and brown sugar in a pan..
  2. Add 1 tablespoon water and heat until sugar is completely dissolved..
  3. Take it off the flame and pour in coffee liqueur whisk it well and set it aside..
  4. Sprinkle agar agar powder in 1/2 cup of milk. Let it bloom for 5 mins..
  5. Meanwhile combine the remaining 1/2 cup milk with mascarapone cheese and cream in a saucepan..
  6. Whisk it well. The mixture should be lump free..
  7. Pour in the agar agar + milk mix to this mixture. Whisk it well..
  8. Cook over low heat until agar agar is completely dissolved and the mixture is near to it's boiling. Do not bring it to a boil..
  9. Pour in sugar+ coffee mixture, keep stirring..
  10. As the mixture coats the back side of your spoon, take it off the flame. Do not over cook..
  11. The mixture will thickens more after cooling..
  12. Grease ramekin bowl with butter pour Panna cotta in ramekins and allow it to set for 2 He's..
  13. Drizzle Panna Cotta with a generous portion of coffee syrup and enjoy..
