- Pre - preparation: 1. Coffee water: Mix coffee and water, boil for 1 min and keep it to cool 2. Creamy mixture: Mix icing sugar, fresh cream, fresh paneer and vanilla essence. Whip it well in a vessel. Tip – keep this vessel in a bowl filled with ice to avoid curd formation..
- One by one, dip choco chip biscuits in coffee water and place them flat in a rectangular vessel. Make a base layer using 12 biscuits in a 4 x 3 format. Note: Do not dip biscuits for too long. Just a dip. Otherwise biscuits will turn soggy and will be difficult to handle..
- Spread the creamy mixture on top of this base. This should be of equal thickness as the biscuit layer.
- Sprinkle about 1 tbsp cocoa powder on this. For best results, use a strainer to spread uniformly.
