And fry until light brown and fluffy. (Will take 8-10min) then add into hot sugar syrup. Keep it into syrup for 1 hour then remove and keep in deep frizer for half hr..
- Mix wheaped cream, cream cheese and vanilla extract. And transfer into piping bag..
- Now, 1st layer with soaked jamun then layer with cream, again 2nd layer of jamun and layer of cream, and 3rd layer of jamun and layer of cream. Now do the last layer evenly with knife or spatula. And dust with cocoa powder..
- Keep it into fridge for 2-3 hr. OR put it into deep frizer for 1 hour. Cut and serve chilled..
