Simple Tiramisu. For never making Tiramisu before this recipe helped me look like a pro. This recipe has been a long time coming, and I'm embarrassed to admit how much tiramisu has been made in the trial of this recipe (I literally bought out every package of Savoiardi lady fingers at two different stores!) but I wanted to nail down the right approach. My mom got this recipe from Martha Stewarts Everyday Food magazine a while ago and we have been making it ever since. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Serve in wedges directly from the pan. Delicious, simple, quick, and easy tiramisu cheesecake!

- line bottom of 8×8 inch dish with lady fingers.
- combine cream cheese,sour cream,and 1/2 cup if maple syrup in a bowl.beat until smooth.fold in whipped topping..
- spoon cream cheese mix over lady fingers. cover with plastic wrap.refrigerate for 15 minutes.remove plastic wrap and sift cocoa over top before serving.
Sprinkle entire cake with shaved chocolate or cocoa powder. Cut individual servings and and top off each piece with whipped cream and raspberries or toffee bits.
