- Separate 6 eggs,we only need 3 egg whites but we need 6 egg yolks..
- First,add first 3 tablespoons of sugar into the eggs whites,whisk it until sniff peak.It may takes 5-6 minutes..
- In a separate bowl with egg yolks,add in another 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla essence,whisk it until light,pale yellow colour..
- Next, add in the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolks,use a spatula mix them together until well combined..
- Add in the egg whites into the egg yolks mixture,a little bit a time,until all of them are well combined..
- The custard is ready and set it aside..
- Now,prepare a container or a dish for your tiramisu..
- Add in vanilla essence to the room temperature strong brewed coffee..
- Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee,just a few seconds or it will soak up too much coffee..
- Line the ladyfingers into the container or dish..
- Then, put some custard on the ladyfingers,spread over it..
- Repeat the steps,dip ladyfingers,line it and then the custard on top..
- After that,cover the container or dish,put it into the fridge about 8-10hours..
- While serving your tiramisu,sprinkle some cocoa powder for topping..
- Extra: You can replace vanilla essence with Rum or Amirato liqueur,it would taste better..
